The American Astronomical Society’s Division of Planetary Science is holding its annual meeting later this month. They’ve planned talks, plenaries, special events, a banquet, a special lunch for women, an event for young women, and NASA night. There should be some great talks, and great opportunities to make connections that will payoff throughout the year.
The organizing committee is offering two additional guides this year to help scientists with young families. The first is on child care, and the second is on family activities for babysitters, grandparents, or attending spouses.
