Edited to add: Please note that FY13-FY16 are NOTIONAL budgets only, flatlined at the Directorate level in keeping with the President’s Request.  Don’t despair.  DO think about how, together, the space science community can make the most of what we are given.  There’s a lot of potential here, if only we see it.
